A pep pill from Pfizer
Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 3:41PM Despite the extreme heat on Saturday, our 11 volunteers from Pfizer were not deterred and energetically set about on our build site in Sungei Pelek, Negeri Sembilan. As part of the build project we added an extension incorporating a kitchen, toilet and bathroom to the existing house, belonging to our home partner Gipah Binti Noor.
HFH Malaysia are very happy to see the continued support from Pfizer and particularly 3 veterans who had joined us again for this built. A wonderful time was had watching the Pfizer volunteers emerge as amazing corporate citizens working towards their social responsibility in the community.
We at Habitat Malaysia are very grateful to Pfizer for being our corporate partners and thank them for providing lunch and tea to the entire team and the home-partner as well! Yet again, a fruitful day and great experience for all despite the scorching conditions.
